By using ListingPilot ("the Service") at listingpilot.net, you agree to these terms.
ListingPilot is an AI-powered tool that generates suggested Etsy listing content (title, tags, description, Pinterest captions) based on user-provided product information. The output is suggested copy; you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing it on Etsy in compliance with Etsy's policies.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor (DodoPayments). You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day refund window from the first paid charge if you are not satisfied - email hello@listingpilot.net.
You will not use ListingPilot to generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights; that is deceptive, harmful, or illegal; or that violates Etsy's terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
Etsy requires sellers to disclose AI-assisted listings via the platform's disclosure checkbox. You are responsible for making this disclosure when listing on Etsy.
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty. AI output quality may vary. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, sales results, or compliance with any platform's policies. Etsy SEO is influenced by many factors outside our control.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You own the content you input and the content the Service generates from your inputs. We retain rights to our software, models, prompts, and brand. Generated content is not exclusive - similar inputs may produce similar outputs for other users.

We may update these terms; we will notify subscribers by email of material changes 14 days in advance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the operator. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved by email; if unresolved, by binding arbitration.
